—The Sonar Low Rank Testimonies are a collection of testimonies regarding Sonar Studios and Twin Atlas, looking to spread the word about injustice and unfair actions taken agsint the community.As for additional information, The SLRT (Sonar Low Rank Testimonies) is a collaborative document made primarily by people that are simply regular players and not part of the higher-ups: This includes Content Creators, as they are not low rank.However, if a higher-up wants to contribute, do check the Contribute page for additional information. This applies to any person that wants to add onto the document.If you have been unfairly banned, specifically for a reason you assume to be related to spreading your opinions, this is where you can go to share your experience.This document mainly focuses on the silencing and unfair actions taken against members that have spoken up against Sonar Studios, archiving information that may be erased otherwise.We aim to have justice and to see Sonar improve: This is not a form of petty revenge, nor am I attempting to have Sonar Studios ''cancelled'' or cause drama—We only want a studio with great ideas to execute them properly, and I am talking for a large majority of the community here.To sum it up, this document was made with the intention of including proof and information about, mainly, unfair moderation action and the sketchy intentions behind them.As to who is behind this, I am an ex-member of the Creatures of Sonaria Discord server, one who had reached high levels and was noticeably active about a year ago, back in 2024. I took a break from Sonaria as a whole for a long period of time, and it is only until now that I want to share what happened and the fact that I'm not the only person that has been unfairly taken action against.I always searched for justice, as I was very passionate about the game. A lot of people are, so that's why this document was organized.

Information: A few words to Sonar

I am not sure if this document will reach any of you, but I hope that if it does, you won't take even more unfair actions against the community. We want to include all the information possible, and that is included. This is not meant as a threat: I simply want to say that instead of feeding into your own issues, you should work on your flaws.I know that you, plural, are large enough to not worry about the lower ranks. All we ask for is justice, and all we want is to enjoy your products made by a healthy team.If you find out who I am, there is no action to be taken. I am banned from the server, and my identity is not connected to my current Roblox account.I also wish to directly address the moderation team:
I know that you are just as mistreated by those above you. We are no different, so I ask of you that you continue fighting for justice witht the slightly better communication you have with HR. Don't take unfair actions you aren't forced to do, show to the community that you aren't at fault.Please, I beg with sincerity, change.
The issues of this group are backed up by the flawed system, claiming that everything has a reason and letting you find easy excuses to vanish those who have spoken up against you without outright saying that they were banned for spreading the word of the truth.This has created a loop of problems, making it simple for you to ignore what is wrong with your system because—and I praise you for your intellect in doing so—You've thought of it all. You've allowed yourself to be deeply flawed because of your ignorance.Because less is more, there is one thing I want to truly fathom:
Change.For the sake of yourselves. I know you've noticed the decline, and you can fix that.

If you desire to talk about an unfair ban, please make sure that it is truly unfair. Any sort of injust treatment can be included, but not all bans are done with malicious intent.
Be extremely careful, especially if you haven't been permanently banned or have your current Roblox account linked to Discord. Administrators can locate your Discord account by seeing the proof that you share, so be cautious. Do not let this stop you from sharing your experience however, as that is exactly what they want.To contribute, follow these steps:

Testimony 1: The Creator's testimony

In this section, I'll be sharing my own experience with Sonar Studios.
Do keep in mind that, because of my ban, the proof I can add is not high in amount. However, you can do your own research, and whatever information you're looking for will not be hard to find.Biased warns and unfair punishment

Text: ''You were warned in Creatures of Sonaria for Don't say harmful or hateful things towards others especialyl in the development team. This encourages others to be hateful and spiteful, so you are in turn encouraging negative behavior from others which is not okay.''

As for context, I said a negative comment about the owner Erythia. While I do accept that my words were not constructive or positive at all, I did not act disrespectfully; I only stated my opinion on the subject. This is clearly biased behavior, as actually disrespectful behavior towards non-HR are commonly ignored and not made into a big deal.
Sonar studios is known for being especially protective of the Higher Ups, treating neagtive opinions (which are bound to be formed considering the state of the group) as offenses. Also do mind the length of the message compared to average moderation notices, further showing the bias in favour of the higher staff members.

Unfair, biased ban

In August 23 of 2024, I was muted for, as shown, no reason. I was left in the dark about my mute for hours, as I assumed that staff would not elaborate. (Ultimately, they did not.)Before this mute notice, I had not done anything rule-breaking, which is confirmed by future proof. There was no reason to mute me; I do admit that I had been warned multiple times in the past, but none of these warnings were reason for a ban, and they did not reach the ban treshold.After some time, I finally received a reason for my punishment... Except I didn't.

Initially, I assumed that I had unknowningly reached the ban treshold due to the wording mentioning continuous violations. However, I realized that such assumption was wrong once I checked.It is stated that, whenever a user receives moderation action, the reason must be stated. This was not the case for me, however.Being deeply puzzled by this message, I decided to open a ModMail ticket through the Horse Life server to get told what I did.

Text: “hello, i am sending this about the Creatures of Sonaria server, specifically a warning/ban.i recently got banned for continuous rule violations, however i didn't have a warning stating what i did. this was done without warning or any sort of explanationthis is not an appeal - just a question.”

As showed, I attempted to contact the Horse Life staff to get an answer to my question of why I got banned. As mentioned before, I was confused by the incident because of the lack of explanation. At this point, I began to suspect that the “reason” for my ban was a cover-up, and the true reason was because of my involvement with the Sonar boycott alongside sharing the documents written by mistreated staff.Keep in mind that, as stated by some moderators, is it factually true that some members of the staff team have biases and are open about their dislike for specific members. While there is no way to confirm with proof that there was a bias against me, many things point to it.A day later, I received a response stating that they would contact the Sonar team in regards of my ban.

Message one: “Hello, and thank you for reaching out.We have contacted the Cos staff regarding your ban appeal request.We will respond within this ticket once we receive a response. Thank you for your patience.”Message two: “Apologies, please disregard the previous message, as we are aware this is not an apppeal.We have reached out to the CoS regarding your ban and we will inform you with any information we receive regarding the reasoning for this.Again, we appreciate your patience.”

The Horse Life staff mentioned giving me any information they could receive. However, they didn't receive much, so neither did I.
